Autism Cares Foundation was founded in 2007 by the parents of a child with autism and other professionals to offer life-enriching experiences for people living with autism in a safe and welcoming environment. Over the past 10 years, ACF expanded and opened its programs to those with autism and other special needs. For complete details about Autism Cares Foundation, please visit the ACF website
, where you can learn about all of our programs.
Today, our Bucks County, PA-based non-profit organization has grown from 6 events in 2007 to hosting more than 200 FREE life-enrichment activities and events annually to over 4700 people in the tri-state area. This incredible growth demonstrates the demand for for activities for an under served population.
In 2016, we launched our Adult Services Division and began to offer Adult Day, Home and Community Habilitation Programs, as well as Supported Employment. As more families discover our programs, we anticipate that we will soon need to expand into a larger or secondary facility. While we intend to serve as many people as possible and meet the needs of our adult population, we can only continue to expand and grow through the continued support of our caring individuals and businesses within our communities.
Help ACF continue to provide a vital link to socialization for those with autism and special needs – we need more teams, runners, walkers, donors, and participants to join our commitment to these amazing individuals. Whether this is your first time running or walking with us or your 7th, take the first step and register today. You will not only raise funds and help our community, but you will become a part of a fun and supportive family-focused organization.
Your ongoing support will also allow us to move more swiftly with our future plans for our Autism Center of Excellence and Life Enrichment Community where adults with special needs will be able to live, work, and thrive in a welcoming community.
Please come out, have some fun, and show your support for all that we already do and the new opportunities yet to be come.
