What is Autism Cares Foundation?
Autism Cares Foundation was founded in 2007 by the parents of a child with autism and other professionals to offer life-enriching experiences for people living with autism in a safe and welcoming environment.
Today, our Bucks County, PA-based non-profit organization hosts over 200 free life-enrichment activities and events to over 1000 families in the tri-state area, a sign that that our programs are a necessary and vital link to an underserved population.
Autism is the fastest-growing developmental disorder among children in the U.S. – we need more teams, runners, walkers, donors and participants to join our commitment to these amazing individuals. Whether this is your first time running or walking with us or your 7th, take the first step and register today. You will not only raise funds and help our community, but you will become a part of a fun and supportive family-focused organization.
We recently launched our Adult Services Division and began to offer Adult Day, Home and Community Habilitation Programs as well as Supported Employment. As more families discover our programs, we anticipate that we will soon need to expand into a larger or secondary facility. While we intend to serve as many people as possible and meet the needs of our adult population, we can only continue to expand and grow through the continued support of our caring individuals and businesses within our communities.
Your ongoing support will also allow us to move more swiftly with our future plans for our Autism Center of Excellence and Life Enrichment Community where adults with special needs will be able to live, work, and thrive in a welcoming community.
Please come out, have some fun, and show your support for all that we already do and the new opportunities yet to be come.
